What is your return policy for electronic components?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Please note that certain opened software or sensitive components may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all new electronics sold by Underwood Distributing include the full manufacturer's warranty. Refurbished items come with a 90-day limited warranty provided directly by us.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can request a change or cancellation within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team. Once an order has reached the shipping floor, it cannot be modified.
Do you offer technical support for the products you sell?
While we are a distributor, we provide basic troubleshooting and setup guidance. For complex technical issues or software-specific bugs, we recommend contacting the manufacturer's dedicated support line.
